How You Can Increase Productivity by Doing This One Simple Thing

October 8, 2021 //  by nerff//  Leave a Comment

There are many tips and tricks out there that claim to increase your productivity. Some people swear by napping, others think that listening to music is the key. However, it turns out that the answer has been in front of us all along: doing nothing at all!

Researchers at Harvard University found that when participants took breaks from work for an extended period of time (about 90 minutes), they were more productive than those who worked continuously without taking any breaks whatsoever. Studies show this break can be anything from watching a funny video or taking a walk around the block; just don’t spend too much time on social media! It’s important to take these little pauses throughout the day because our brains need them in order to stay fresh and focused.
